Easy DIY for Wine Corks

Wine Cork Trivet

What you need:

• Wine Corks
• Cork Board
• Hot Glue Sticks
• Glue Gun
• Scissors
• Pen/Pencil

How to:

• First  you can cut the cork board of any size you want for your trivet.
• Make a layout of your design on the Cork Board.
• Next trace the shape of the corks on the cork board, rem  ove the corks and cut out the base from the board.
• Glue the corks on the cork board following the layout that you’ve made.
• Glue the corks onto the corkboard a row at a time. Let it dry.

Wine Cork Vases

What you need:

• Cube shaped glass vase
• Wine Corks (40 – 80)
• Heavy duty craft glue
• Knife

How to:

• First, you can lay the corks on the one side of the vase until you find a mix that looks relatively uniform in size.
• Depending on the width of your vase, you may have to trim some corks with a knife.
• Glue the corks on the vase, let it dry first before proceeding to the other sides.
• Finish the vase by gluing corks vertically down the side.

Candlelight

What you need:

• Wine Corks
• Clear Glass Oyster Tea Light Holders
• Tea light candles
• Quart Mason Jar
• Raffia
• Twine
• Scissors

How to:

• First put the corks inside the mason jar.
• Next don’t forget to place the Oyster Tea Light Holder in the mouth of the mason jar.
• Make a ribbon using the twine and the raffia around the neck of the mason jar to add design on your candlelight
• Lastly place the candle on the  Light Holder and light it up.

Light Centerpiece

What you need:

• Wine Corks
• LED mini string lights
• Square Vases (you can make 2 or more)

How to:

• Put batteries to your LED light
• Place the corks and the LED light alternately to the vase, make sure that the batteries are on the top.

Keychains

What you need:

• Wine corks
• Screw eyes
• Key rings

How to:

• This is super easy, first you have to screw the screw eye directly into one end of the cork.
• Next attach the metal ring on the screw eye.
• If you are a minimalist this is perfect for you, and ofcourse if you are a maximalist you can also add more dangling decoration to your keychains.
