What you need:

• Real pineapples with crowns
• Paint brush
• Acrylic paint (assorted colors)
• Paper or old newspaper (to protect your surface)

How to:

1. Choose real pineapples including the crowns
2. Unfold and lay out papers or old newspaper on the surface to prepare your work space
3. Start painting the crowns using a paint brush and acrylic paint
4. Let dry
5. Place painted pineapples on the table as your centerpiece

Pineapple Bowl

What you need:

• Real pineapples with crowns
• Knife
• Spoon
• Plate or plastic bowl

How to:

1. Cut the pineapple in half horizontally
2. Using a knife, slide the knife around the sides of the pineapple
3. Start slicing from top to bottom with an inch gap
4. Then slice from left to right with an inch gap as well to achieve the pineapple cubes
5. Scoop the pineapple cubes and transfer it to a plastic bowl or plate
6. Place back the pineapple wedges on the pineapple bowl for the tossed look

What you need:

• Real pineapple with crown
• Lei
• Kid’s sunglasses
• Cocktail umbrella/paper flower

How to:

1. Arrange the lei on the table
2. Place a real pineapple in the center
3. Adjust the lei around the pineapple (if the lei is too long, you may loop the lei twice around the pineapple)
4. Rest the kid’s sunglasses just under the crown
5. Position the cocktail umbrella/paper flower on the crown (see photo above)

What you need:

• Real pineapple
• Jar
• Knife
• Pen
• Foam
• Flowers
• Water

How to:

1. Cut off the crown
2. Place the jar upside down on top of the pineapple and trace
3. Using a knife, cut the trace part and remove the inside of the pineapple
4. Place the foam inside the jar and fill the bottom with water
5. Press the jar down
6. Arrange the flowers by sticking the stems into the foam

Fruit Kabobs Pineapple Centerpiece

What you need:

• Real pineapple with crown
• Kabob sticks
• Assorted fruits (strawberry, orange, kiwi, watermelon, etc.)
• Paring knife
• Ceramic plate

How to:

1.  Prepare your fruit kabob by peeling and slicing the fruits into cubes or bite pieces
2. Once ready, skew the fruits into the kabob sticks
3. Place the pineapple in a ceramic plate
4. Randomly push the sticks onto the pineapple
