This, also apply for physical products only after the purchased items have been returned.

For Wedding Package
Customers can only place a refund 30 days before the wedding if unforseen circumstances arise. If items for the event has not yet been purchased, you may receive a full refund on price of item; If not you can only receive partial refund in regards to what’s already spent towards your event and a cancellation fee of 5% from your initial deposit.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. You will receive an e-mail once your return has been received & processed. Once your return is processed, please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your bank account (depending on your financial institution).
