Giant Floral Wreath Backdrop

What you need:

How to:

  1. Form a circle with your bendable PVC pipe. Once both ends meet, use the connector to seal your circle
  2. Spray paint your pipe to blend with your greenery and flowers
  3. Attach the pipe to the wood by drilling and screwing
  4. Zip tie your greenery onto the entire circle pipe (now you have a wreath)
  5. Hot glue silk flowers onto the wreath, decorate it as you wish

Hanging Flowers Backdrop

  1. Decide on where to hang your flower backdrop; it could be an existing structure like wall, gazebo, rod, or branch
  2. Measure your designated spot to have an idea how much flowers you will need
  3. Trim the stems of the flowers, leave the portion of the stem that holds the flowers
  4. String flowers using a needle and fishing line
  5. To secure the flowers, tie a knot on the fishing line and add beads to avoid sliding or falling when it’s hung
  6. Alternate the colors and kinds of flowers
  7. Once satisfied with the length and flower combination, attach fishing lines to the rod, branch or any existing structure

Ribbon Wedding Backdrop

  1. Use measuring tape to measure how wide you want your backdrop to be
  2. Cut ribbons and laces into strips
  3. Lay out the pattern you want, you can arrange several ribbons side by side and add lace in between for accent
  4. Wrap the top of the ribbons and laces around the cord
  5. Hot glue all ribbons and laces, do not glue very tightly to enable them to slide freely
  6. Leave at least 10  inches on each side of the cord so you can easily tie the backdrop to where you want to install it

Wax Paper Backdrop

How to:

  1. Fold waxed paper in half to form a square
  2. Cut out a circle shape
  3. Form the cut out circle into a cone and glue the edges
  4. Start stringing paper cones using tapestry needle and crochet string by inserting the needle to the opening of the cone passing through the tip of the cone
  5. Make a knot inside of each cone to secure them from sliding
  6. Repeat the process, leaving gaps in between cones
  7. Once the length of the strings of ribbon is full, tie the string to the cord for hanging
