Directions :
First I will start off by adding the glue to the bling wrap
Once I’m done adding the glue I will go ahead and wrap it around the wooden panel
Next I’m going to go ahead and lock the bling law around the tea light candle holder
Once I’m done putting together the candleholders and adding my bling wraps I use it floor form to chop it up into small pieces
Then pin the brooch through the bling
Be sure to spray-paint your wooden frame with the silver metallic shimmer
Put the flowers
